PC APB (All Points Bulletin) and Beta.

I'm not sure if anyone knows about this game.
It was originally a pc mmo but now moved to the 360/ps3.
The game similar to the GTA series.
The game uses the unreal tournament 3 engine.

I read about this a month ago in a magazine, the concept sounded amazing.
