Is there an issue (or trick) when adding a Game Center accounts with spaces? I followed the guide and used Cobra Blade,83281569 but no luck. Tried multiple times updating the score standing if it had changed.

Steam recently changed the default privacy settings for all users. This may impact tracking. Ensure your profile has the correct settings by following the guide on our forums.

It should not matter. There are other users that have added their profile with spaces in the name.
Also it might help to get a score in the game so you aren't tied with a bunch of other users that have 0. The leaderboard positions can change very quickly on the bottom end and maybe you aren't entering it fast enough, not sure.
If you are still having issues take a screenshot of the leaderboard view and post it here, just so I can make sure everything is being entered correctly.

Sure, thanks for your help. I’ll give it another shot. I did 95 steps so might be looking in the wrong section.

I have a similar problem, but a different one. I can't sync my Game Center account with the app. I've tried several times, but the scores aren't updating. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Is it only that game this is happening to? Might be worth posting screenshots of it, if it hasn't resolved itself yet.
