Argh need advice

I have my itouch, and i have subscribed to a number of podcasts.

So i listen to an episode on my pod, delete it after i have listened to it. When i get home and sync the pod it puts the episode i have deleted back on my ipod.

How do i stop it doing this? I cant seem to find an option to stop it and its doing my head in :confused1:

Its in the sync options. I dont remember what it was called , either sync direction, or file deletion options.

Go into itunes and select your ipod then select podcast and uncheck all the ones you dont want on it
