Blizzard Leaderboards claim 4 games are tracked

Correct - WoW Classic is the third. Overwatch would be fourth but it's no longer trackable since the move to OW2. The achievement data is no longer shown on the public profile pages anymore (only in-game). However, we kept the achievements from OW1 while it still could be tracked - so that's why some players can have up to four games.

Thank you for the response! Similar to Ubisoft so weird for a company to implement achievements but not allow the user to show them off what is the point of collecting them if you can't show them off if I were to have guessed I would have thought Apple in their super closed off ecosystem wouldn't allow people to be able to access others achievements but they do. And then there's Nintendo who still hasn't bothered to even implement them at all.
