Can't link steam account to my profile. pls help

I can't link my steam profile to my account on exophase. I checked the nickname on steam and everything should work, but it doesnt :\. Pls help.

Maybe you are entering in the wrong profile username. Since you haven't set a Custom URL in the Steam profile settings, this would be your Steam ID - 76561198390692601

So just enter in "76561198390692601" without the quotes as your username and it should find your profile then.
