Change mail account

I lost access to the mail account associated to my Exophase account, how can I change it to another one?

I see an option to change your e-mail address here: https://forums.exophase.com/account/account-details
That's part of the forum though, and I don't know for sure if your forum account is the same thing as the main website account.
The people who run Exophase and who know their stuff are always quick to respond though.
