For some users, Chinese is needed mainly because it's their native language.
But custom firmwares took Chinese off for more space in flash0.
What this patch does is that it patches the registry file in flash1, making Chinese back into the system.
but this patching can make the PSP fragile, sometimes opening up the PSP will only lead you the BSoD (Blue Screen of Death) and crashes. With correct use there will be no problem.
Each firmware has it's own patch file, so look carefully at what your have and download.
To Do before Patching
--[1]Set & Configure all the network/wifi settings on your psp.
--[2]Set & Configure all the recovery settings(no UMD, CPU speed, etc) in the recovery menu.
--[3]NEVER touch these settings ever again. Unless you've unpatched it.

**NOTE:
According to the author (team R.P.G) this patch is for temporary use for firmwares without a official patch. That's why it's more unstable
This patch works on all OE/M33 firmware, but I myself don't recommend using this patch UNLESS it is desperate .
