Complete back up

cant fux widdit
I want to back up my entire main HDD which is 80gb.. (I have 2 other internals, one of which I want to be the main HDD and the other for media etc.)

Is there a way I can back up EVERYTHING, that's programs, media, settings and restore it onto the other HDD and keep everything working as if nothing had changed?

thanks

You can make an image of the whole HDD using something like Norton Ghost. It's pretty handy.

Best HDD imager known to me:
Drive Snapshot

It's only one single, tiny 200+kB .EXE but does all you need, can also make an image of a currently running OS and - with a tiny trick - even restore the image of the currently running OS partition.

It's pretty much the only thing I need for HDD imaging, can take command options as well to be used in batch files.

What I love the most on it is that it doesn't need any installing - just run that tiny .EXE and off you go.
