Alright, I'm installing my copy of home premium into a virtual machine, so I can install my programs and shit to save time.
I know I can use vmware and convert the vmdk to a vhd (easy enough) but I can't remember how to change the vhd into the install.wim file (I know this is possible through WAIK)

Any ideas?

Why don't you just use vLite? I believe it still works for silent installs and you can patch your key directly into it and make it unattended....
