Dark_AleX Not Working On PS3 For Now

We received a number of tips today concerning the updated design over at Dark_AleX's website. From looking at the site, some overly optimistic folks have gone on to speculate that he is working on the PlayStation 3.

However, this is far from the truth. Alex currently has no plans to begin working on the PS3. The changes to the site are merely cosmetic and should not be taken as an indicator of future plans.

Give the guy some time! I think he will be developing for PS3, but it is not the same as PSP, so it will take a while. And the reason that there is a PS3 section on the site is probably because Alek made the PS3 Wiki.
 
Even if he is a geek I don't think that a human being would have time or will to do it. C'mon, we have to shower, eat, GF( well, optional for some), clean the house, etc...
Seriously, stop putting pressure on the guy's head. I would have had a stress atack a long a go, if I was him.
 
The idea of CFW on PSP is to play your backups plus homebrew on memory stick media. It's a big convenience to be able to do this.
What point is there to modding a PS3 or CFW?
Your not gonna be able to play 60GIG on sticks plus PSP slim can connect to TV so......
Honestly I don't see a point plus it's probably a 1000 times more difficult than working with PSP.
 
Imagine full Linux-power unleashed... or running code directly from the XMB? Full, FULL, speed emulators on your HD-tv or maybe off a blu-ray/dvd-r/hdd?

its not about the pirating/playing of ISO/backups but playing homebrew on your bigscreen with the ps3 controller!
 
You said"for now" X3...that would mean that something has been discovered that would make it possible in the future if he ever decides to work on it eh?

No, nothing has been discovered that I know of. He may work on it if an exploit is discovered in the future though, that's why I said for now.
