i'm lost... what the heck is c+d tool? is that simply formating the ms stick from your computer while it's usb connected like you would format a regular floppy disk? also... does it have to be ntsc, fat? fat32... any allocation size? or am i just being dumb? hahahha.... sorry i'm new to the pandora thingy... any advice would help.. i do have all the the files.. including the 3.4, 3.8 & 1.5, and i know what to do from there... but i just don't understand what proper way of formating it.
 
alright... thanks... long as there is a guide.. i'll be ok.. I give mad props to DAX for all these amazing achievements... but i also thanks x3sphere for all the hard work of helping the psp community grow by giving us wonderful tips and guides to follow... if it weren't for your amazing guides i wouldn't even probably try the homebrews, many thanks to you!
