Decompiling .CTF Files?

Hey Guys, I've been trying to find something that can decomplie CTF files to their original files before it has been compressed. (I want to change the 0-12.bmp file on a CTF theme). IDK if such a thing even exists, any help? I'm on 5.00 M33 btw.
