Exophase not tracking ps4 time played properly

Played God of War for 4 hours today and since I updated my profile it my time played had only increased by 0.5 hours. It's not the first time that this happens, im half way through the game and it has only tracked 7 hours.
 
It's not a site issue, we simply read the playtime values directly from PSN. PSN is showing the same - 7 hours.

It's something Sony would have to fix. It may also be that the playtime just doesn't update immediately on their end - sometimes it has taken 2-3 days for my hours to be counted on PSN.
 
I found that issue by myself, I also encountered that playtime tracking is buggy on exophase. I played on my alt account Shake That Controller got on ps5 188h currently displayed and on exophase here I can see only 81,52h.
Also no manually update won't solve the issue. Saw some other games are also not updated but this one was the huge gap. Maybe that issue was caused last week or 2 weeks ago when the psn had issues idk.

I’ll look into it.

But at least for the OP’s issue, it was showing 7 hours when I viewed his profile normally from a PS5, so there was no difference from what PSN was showing.
 
Kinda weird yeah, maybe you could rescan the playtime tracker somehow idk?^^ I remembered you did it a few months back already
