Fan Controller for Molex and Pin Fans?

Hello wonderful people at eXophase, I require your assistance once again as 1) I am too lazy to search Google for longer than 5 minutes and 2) why search Google when I can propose my very own question right here where I can expect a trustworthy response.

The fans in my computer are quiet... unless I am trying to sleep, at which point my PC sounds like an angry dragon. I want to install a fan controller that supports both molex and pin fans as I have ended up with a mix-match of the two, due to poor planning no less. Does anyone know of a fan controller that offers this kind of support, or any way I can hack together one to make it do my bidding?

What are you referring to when you say "pin fans" -> The ones that usually hook into the mobo? Fans are a pain in the butt, especially finding controllers if you have high voltage fans but I believe this might be a safe bet for you: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811992005
