Fedora 14 TFTP server

So guys... I have Fedora 14 running tftp-hpa, works fine. My problem is that it HAS to be started from the command line. I have a startup script for all of the other necessary services, but in.tftpd won't run. If I call the script from the bash prompt, it works. But on startup, it doesn't. I've tried su root -c, using the full path, etc, etc. Nothing seems to work. Any help? Does su root -c work as it would with any other user? Do I need to make a new user? Any help is greatly appreciated.
