I can't help as I don't have the game, but may have some advice how to find gamers on a older sports game.

Some achievement sites show a list of games and what achievements have currently been unlocked by the most recent players. I wouldn't look to those have have the 100% as its doubtful they'd still play the game. But if you look for those that are still going through it then I reckon you could have a better chance at nabbing this achievement.

I'm new to this site so don't know if it has that feature. But as PS3 gamer theres a site called PSNTrophes which shows all gamers currently playing whatever game it is you too wish to play. Perhaps the 360 has a similar site?
