Game still shows as completed after relocking achievements

I have re-locked all the achievements of the game Devolverland Expo and resynced. It still shows as completed, since I had all the achievements. I have tried multiple things, like getting the first achievement again, removing it from my steam account, and relinking my steam account.

Can this be fixed? not sure if I'll play it again, but having a free "completed" game with no achievements feels weird and a bit ugly on the profile.

It looks like the completion date was manually set, which is why it wasn't resetting after the achievements were relocked. I have removed it now.
 
Not sure when/why the completion date was manually set, I wasn't aware that was even possible.

I'm glad it's been fixed, thank you very much!
