getting irshell / nethost working

i've been told it does work on 3.10 oea. Perhaps something with better handling of 2.71 prx ? can some one give me a hand with this, im so close it hurts.

heres what i got :
psp1001 ta-082
3.10 oea
lan.sh usb fix

I've tried so many different combo's of nethost.exe , and irshell versions. And this is what i get consistantly.

PC end :
nethost does not give me connected....
Network connections DOES give me psp connected ( psp being the name of the adhoc network run from my pc via wireless card. )

psp end :
cannot connect to network host.

theres gotta be elevendy billion versions of nethost , and irshell,

has any one gotten this to work on 3.10 oea , or 3.03 oec . if so please list the files used.

if not please post the fw you used and how to get it working. I've decided im doing what i need to to get this working, droping oe if i need to .

I have to say your posts have been very helpful, I'm noob so I hope this can be helpful to you. I've connected and could see the files using ta-082 3.10 oea (no plug-ins) but couldn't get back into xmb with connection. If that could help let me know what you need me to find out.
