GOG Game not showing up after Amazon Prime key activation

I have only recently started using Gog, but I've already seen a lot of forum topics about people having issues with Amazon Prime key activated games not showing up in their libraries, or not showing up as owned on the story, for me neither of these are the issue, but here on Exophase my game isn't showing up, so I assume it might be related to those troubles others have in some way.
 
Right now, your GOG profile is showing up as private for me so I assume that’s why we are unable to pick up any new games.
