google play games in exophase not working

so recently, I deleted my old Exophase account and created a new one using the same email. However, when I tried to link my previous Google Play game account, it didn’t work and displayed the message, 'Profile does not exist or has privacy enabled. Please contact support if this is an error.' Could you help me resolve this issue
