From what I gather from other forum threads on Exophase there is some issue with PSN's time tracking. You could check your official PSN profile and see if the hours are logged there.

In this case, it’s because Borderlands 2 isn’t available as a standalone game on PSN, only through the the Handsome Collection https://www.playstation.com/en-us/games/borderlands-the-handsome-collection/

Due the way PSN tracks time, it only gives playtime for the full bundle, not on an individual basis. So your hours played on Borderlands: Pre-Sequel actually includes B2 playtime as well.
