How can i upgrade from 3.90 m33-2 to 5.00 m33-6

Hello, I got PSP Phat 3.90 m33-2 with kernel 1.5.
I want to upgrade to 5.00 m33-6 with kernel 1.5 safest way with steps+links to downloads, because i got no pandora battery.

Is there another way without pandora?

Is it like this 3.90 m33-2 -> 4.00 m33 -> 5.00 m33-6. Ive read 5.00 m33, m33-2 had problems or something.

If i want 1.5 kernel, do i have to upgrade to 5.00 m33 first, install 1.5 kernel and then upgrade to 5.00 m33-6?

Also can i still make pandora with 5.00 m33-6?

Can you guide me through all of this? Im totally lost.

yes, you can use recovery flasher to upgrade to 5.00m33-6 i believe. but the safest way is pandora, but are as a good.

you can use the 1.k kernal add on at any stage...

I checked my recovery mode and was able to set kernel to 1.5, so i did it and went back to XMB and opened gPSP emulator and came up with an error "the game coud not be started (80020148)", it did worked on 3.90 m33-2 with kernel 1.5.

Does that mean ive to install the 1.5 kernel from this thread? http://forums.exophase.com/showthread.php?t=10105

And is it safe to install? And how do i install it, because the instructions in the readme makes me confused and theres 1 folder called 150k_installer and rar file called 150k_addon401.rar.
 
Use folder called 150_k installer. That is for M33-6.

Do not use the 150k_addon401 on your 5.00 version or the PSP will get bricked.
