PS3 How do I back up games saves.

So today I go and try and backup my RE5 game save so I can go play co-op with my friends but it wont let me save it. So how does one go around backing up his game saves? I would really like to have a backup of games saves on my pc or a flash drive.

Yes I know the whole bit of the trophies and game saves.

Triangle, copy should work. Otherwise you would have to make a backup of your system, which would be useless in this case.

Some games don't work with the triangle copy thing due to online stats being stored on the save.

Well as it turn out you cannot backup protected data by using the backup utility. It does not work.So I think twice about update your ps3 HDD if you care about those games with protected data. Bad move by crapcom.
