How often do profiles generally update?

Basically I started playing Super Meat Boy on my Nvidia Shield recently, but I still don't see it listed on my Google profile page on here at all, despite the fact I earned a decent amount of the achievements already. So about when can I expect it to get refreshed? Thanks

Every 6 hours usually. I checked your Google Play profile however and it appears to have been switched to private since, so that's why we aren't picking up new activity.

Oh, yeah, I didn't realize that actually has an effect on it. Should be public now
