I believe it only works on PC because its a website that gives you emulators to run in order ro unlock the achievements....but u go to retroachievements.com to make a account

Retroachievements works with either standalone emulators or better using Retroarch. The great thing is Retroarch runs on basically everything including Android so you can also play and unlock Achievements from a phone or a perfect little Retro emulator Console like the Nvidia Shield.
