How to make EBOOT's from NTSC-J ps1 games?

Hello. I can make working E-boots from NTSC-U games but I Cant get Japanese games to work. The E-boot will be created and will launch from the XMB but it will freeze after the PS logo. I have tried all pops and I am using the latest CFW's for 5.50(2000) and 5.03(3000). Any help or info will be greatly appreciated. The games I am trying are Tokyo mew mew, LSD, and Irritating Stick.

No one with experience in converting japanese games is here. Most of us just used our own copies which were NTSC-U or PAL.

Maybe the games just don't work?

I've never had a problem using NTSC-J games.
Though I can't test right now because my 1000 is loaned out.
