Before you start you need:
1. a chickHEN enabled psp-3000 (I won't detail on how to do this, as there are other threads about this)
2. CFWE, you can get this at http://www.mediafire.com/?tmyomzztq5m
Now, when you've got all of these, follow these steps
STEP 1: Download the PSARdumper (http://www.2shared.com/file/6711056/44f52500/new_psardumper_VISION.html) and the 5.03 EBOOT (http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1645)
STEP 2: Now put the "new_psardumper" folder in the ms0/PSP/GAME and the 5.03 EBOOT in the root directory
STEP 3: Run the psardumper in your psp and decrypt (don't worry, this procedure is 100% safe and won't brick your psp)
STEP 4: Now, after decrypting, connect your psp to the usb and at the root, you'll see a folder named "F0", open it and look for the folder named "kd", look for the files "popsman.prx" and "pops'prx"
STEP 5: Copy the two files and paste it on PSP/GAME/CFWenabler/pops, then run the CFWE on the XMB and you'll see there "Flash Pop Module", select and follow the instructions
STEP 6: Now you're done!, you can play PSX games in your psp-3000, take note that it must be in EBOOT format (there is a detailed guide on how to do this)
