PC id Software Says Rage Mod Tools After a Year of 'Poor Decisions'

Despite the fact that Rage didn't launch with modding tools as expected, developer id Software has stated that this feature will be available. Founder John Carmack addressed the situation on Twitter, expressing disappointment over the lack of attention on Rage and its modding software from the developer.

:/ id needs to go back to just plugging away at their games and forget the politics of the industry. They were their best when they made games for the love of it and didn't try to out do everyone.
