Im new. How do i make it detect psn and xbox achievments

I added my names, i see my xbox gamercard. Thats it.
How do i make my psn teophies shiw up and get my name on these lists of who got them?

also, it refuses to save my psn name altogether.
Just check spelling and caps. Its correct. I hit save in edit details and psn one goes blank and xbox still there.

What's your PSN name?

it worked after flipping that setting.
