Incorrect Achievement Count

On my profile for "Legend of Zelda, The: A Link to the Past", exophase is listing 55/53 completed achievements but 53 are listed both in the retroachievements page and the exophase pull from that site. Not sure why or if that can be corrected? Right now it's not listing the game as completed due to this but it should be 53/53 and 100%.

I forced a rescan of the game on all players, this should have corrected the count.
