It seems as if Konami has rather ambitious plans for the Castlevania series. Mere weeks after the trademark Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia was discovered through a search on the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office website, a related listing has now popped up for Castlevania Judgement.
Filed April 11 under the broad category of "Video game software," it seems likely that yet another Castlevania title is headed our way -- in addition to Order of Ecclesia, which was recently confirmed by the ESRB as a Nintendo DS title.
Now for the obvious question. What platform is Judgement in development for? Supposedly leaked screenshots from the new DS Castlevania hinted at Wii connectivity. Not to mention current series director Koji Igarashi has expressed interest in the Wii before. Yeah, the Wii seems like a good bet.
