I completed some games on PS4 and on PS5 last night and earn some trophies from retro and google play and I sync my profile last night and all the trophies and achievements are showing on all my retro and google play and psn on my profile but i dident move up from the leaderboards from were I was at from yesterday any still sync my profile today and still nothing

The leaderboard gets updated once per day, as far as I know. You probably updated your profile after the leaderboard scores already got calculated. You'll move up today when it happens.
