Manually mark achievements as completed from game page

It would be nice to have the option to manually mark achievements as completed from a game's page, and specify what platform they were completed on, in order to track achievements on platforms that can't be synced automatically. As is, manually adding a game lets you add an achievement count, but doesn't let you indicate the specific achievements that were completed.
