My Iphone just died.

yes, my Iphone just died, and i don't know how it could have died, we have an iPhone which is 100% solely used for internet access, which means it is always, always connected, and being charged, and 5 min's ago, it simply died on me, it's up and charging again, no way it could be lose connection since i still had internet up to that point, and the battery icon even showed it was being charged when i went and looked at it, so i was wondering is it bad to keep an Iphone/touch also connected to a charger, well it destroy the battery or something?

Well if it's always being charged, there is no way that the battery could have been over-charged Li-based batteries like the one in the iPhone will stop charging when it's full. Maybe it could have gotten to hot? Just the only other reasonable reason.

well, it's been hooked up for about 2 months, and this is the first time i've experianced it

Well as long as everything is working fine now, it could have just crashed.

possible, but i just don't see how it lost all charge, hopefully it won't happen again
