My profile is not updating

I am encountering some strange behavior today on the site.
I earned two trophies last night. They do show up under "Achievements" - exophase.com/user/username/awards - and on the game-specific page it shows when they are earned, but they are not included in my total awards won either on my main profile page, on the game-specific page (it still says earned 1 in the totals despite showing three achievements earned), or in the platform totals.
Three achievement icons are displayed below the game on my profile even though the totals say 1.
Games I played this weekend are also not showing up as having recently been played - my last game played was on 9/28 according to Exophase, although my Achievements page correctly lists the trophies I earned since then.

Edit: Have been informed the issue is resolved, things seem to be running normally now.
The hosting provider seems to be having some network issues right now. It’s affecting the database connectivity. Writes in particular are going through very slowly, which is slowing down the profile scans / causing them to time out.
I put in a support ticket as the status page mentions some maintenance started last night so hopefully they will resolve it soon.
