My Xbox live gamercard doesn’t update from 5 years ago

Hi Support,

I recently used Exophase to create my Xbox live gamercard but it is showing my activity from 5 years ago. It doesn’t show my achievements in 2021 the latest achievements that it is showing on my gamercard is in 2016.while I didn’t change my gamertag and my privacy settings are set as everyone.

Please let me know how to fix this.
