PSP Need help fixing this

Alright I just got a psp slim from someone I know.
Heres some info
Psp slim-2000
Offical Firmware
Problem-When booting up the psp the screen stays on loading with xmb waves.
I took out the UMD, pro dual see if it stop loading at xmb screen but nothing works.
Is there way fix this?

Depends on what he did with it. Without getting a detailed history from your friend, there's not much that we can do, or you can for that matter.

Heres some more info if it helps.
He only used it for games,mp3. He droped it once or twice before it stop working. *work after it drop* 1month ago. He just now started using again see it won't past the xmb screen.

Unplug the battery and try booting it up with only the ac adaptor.

Tried that, its not brick or nothing if its able to start up.

Personally I'd try to pandora it and see if it magically starts working. Probably not... but you never know...

That seems like the only next step. There's not much else you can do besides opening it and poking around.

I tried everything I guess it need be send in to sony.
Btw since I don't want make another thread anyone know how I can see my own sprays on team fortress2?
I downloaded few sprays from Team Fortress 2 Sprays, Logos Tags : GameSprays.com

Have you checked the UMD sensor, if that is not seating right i know it can stall the XMB boot up and kinda freeze psp.
