Not sure why but my Twitter no longer gets updates of what I'm playing from here for weeks now. I've tried fiddling with the setting for Twitter on my profile to no avail. Any ideas?

Have you tried re-authenticating your Twitter account? The option is in the Social tab of your account page. That should resolve it.
