Nvidia 270.61 Drivers ~ Anyone have problems with Crysis Warhead in DX10?

As the title says.

I updated from 267.Something to this and now C:W crashes in DX10 mode on loadup.
running it in DX9 works fine.


And I also can't use the Custom Resolution Fix for Crysis 1 that would get it to display NOT at 24hz @ 1080p on an HDTV anymore.
