Opinions Needed for Friend's PC Build

The link is up above for a build I'm trying to put together for a friend. I know AMD/ATI generally has the better performing cards on the lower-end where we are at with the GPU (currently sits at a GTX 560ti). We decided to wait on a SSD and go with the slightly better GPU (560 ti over 560). ANy thoughts on the build?

How about HD 7850? IMO, it's better than GTX 560.

Hadn't taken a look at the new GPUs from AMD but that looks like a solid offering. However he is looking to spend around $200-210 on the GPU and the 7850 is just above that price bracket for the GPU. However it does offer slightly more performance than the 560 ti. I'll have to throw him the option and see if the extra cash warrants it
