It's no secret that Konami is working on a new DS installment in the fabled vampire-hunting Castlevania series. Series creator Koji "IGA" Igarashi said it himself in numerousinterviews over the past year.
This brings us to the topic at hand. Recently, Konami filed a trademark registration for the mark "Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia" with the USPTO. Is this the title for the new DS Castlevania that Konami is working on? It's a possibility. But another, perhaps more likely possibility, is that Order of Ecclesia is a sequel to last year's mobile title, Castlevania: Order of Shadows.
