I noticed in my gamer card (and possibly in my profile) that my hours played are still at 0.00 hours, is there any reason that the tracker is not seeing my playtime on Origin?

It's a limitation of Origin. I know they do track playtime, but it’s not visible to our scanners - as you can only view it when logged into your own account.
