A few weeks ago the key to decrypt all current HD-DVD was discovered and just recently, was posted to Digg. Digg quickly took the story down because they felt it violated the DMCA. Now, the tech community is responding by filling up Digg with HD-DVD key stories.. as shown in the pic here:

This will definitely go down in history as the first ever internet revolt. Digg is supposed to be a 'free-speech' community, the key was already posted everywhere, why should they have bothered to censor a 16 digit hex code? The key was obtained through legal reverse engineering, much like the keys to decrypt PSP modules. The MPAA thinking they can ban a 16 digit hex code is just outrageous.

09-f9-11-02-9d-74-e3-5b-d8-41-56-c5-63-56-88-c0 - already over 283,000 results in Google.

Update: Digg has responded, effective immediately they will not delete any more stories or comments containing the code.
