Nintendo will be releasing additional content for New Super Mario Bros. 2 following its August 19 launch, which also happens to be the day the 3DS XL is released in North America. The announcement was made today during the Nintendo Direct Presentation, where viewers were assured that the add-on content would not be developed until after New Super Mario Bros.
