The percentage of achievements/trophies you have across all your games. In your case it looks like you've played a few of those achievement games with thousands of achievements for a few minutes of play, which has skewed your percentage quite a lot.

Maybe they could add a tooltip when you mouse over the percentages like with all the icons next to it.
