hello,PS4 hasn’t been working properly the last couple weeks. Whenever I open games they immediately shut and says the error code (CE-41839-5), and other games open for about 10 minutes or so… and then a screen comes up saying that there were corrupted files and I have to delete the app and download it again.
I have tried everything possible including re-downloading apps multiple times, restoring licence, unplugging the PS4, opening it up and cleaning the dust, putting it in safe mode and rebuilding database, and recently initialised it with the reinstillation file you can find online… everything still doesn’t work. The only apps that work fine are Netflix and YouTube.
Any help?
