PS4 Playtime big difference from the internal game playtime

I beat Elden Ring, but I don't understand why my game save says 371 hours more or less, but here in exophase says like 480 hours...I mean...why? even if I stay still in main menu sometimes....is not 100 hours...is impossible.
 
We're not able to see the in-game counter. We can only see what PSN shows and it tracks time independent of the game itself. If it's inaccurate, that's something Sony will have to fix. It is possible to override your time on the site to fix incorrect entries (although obviously, this will stop them from automatically tracking time).
