This problem has been happening to me for months (and I can see in this forum I'm not the only one). My playtime stopped being updated months ago in the PS4. The thing is, the playtime starts updating again perfectly when I play them in the PS5, it just happens in the PS4. I know that you have to enable an option in your privacy settings in your console (your game record, so Exophase can track your data), but that option has always been enabled, I never changed anything in those settings.
The thing is, there are some "old" games like Bloodborne, Sekiro, or Nioh that I like to come back to every year to play them one more time because I love them, so I like to play them in my PS4 Pro as always to save space in the PS5. But this problem has become so annoying.
Any info/solution for this?
