Hello everyone!
I've been experiencing an issue for several days now. I have a premium account here on Exophase, so I've never had any problems viewing my progress in the games linked to my profiles. However, for the past few days, my PlayStation account hasn't been updating, despite playing multiple games. It behaves as if it's stuck on an update from several days ago.
I've tried turning off the console multiple times and switching between different games to force the server to update during these days, but it seems like it's not registering any changes. My console is connected to the internet, and through the PS app, I can see my progress, that I'm online, and that I'm actively playing, so the issue isn't related to wifi connection.
What can I do? Thank you in advance.
