PSP Firmware 3.50 Downgrader Update

As promised, Team Noobz have rolled out a new version of its PSP Firmware 3.50 downgrader, now complete with support for the Japanese version of Lumines.

To sum up, the new package contains support for US, EU, and JP versions of Lumines (UMD disc only). Also, our downgrade guide has been updated to use this package.
